Provision of school requirements to children from vulnerable families and more attention to children with disability, equipping teachers with knowledge and skills of (classroom management, lesson delivery and child protection), sensitization of parents about the important of education of their children including children with disability, protecting and promotion of children rights and motivating teachers with incentives to subsidize their meager salary which is not even paid monthly. In Toposa land, most parents consider children with disability as outcast who have no value and there is no need taking them to school, while some parents who may have interest in putting such children to school are again faced by financial constraint and lacking transportation mean (wheel chairs or crutches stick for movement).
